Change Display Settings for GP in Windows 10

If you recently upgraded to Dynamics GP 2015 or 2016 and are on a Windows 10 machine, you may be having issues with the display font being far too small to work with – especially on a laptop computer.

The issue can be resolved quite easily by changing the compatibility view settings on the icon in GP.

Right Click on your Icon in the Task Area or on your desktop, then right click on GP again and then select Properties:

GP_Windows10_Blog

After you click on the compatibility mode, make the changes highlighted below. You may choose to make the compatibility Windows 8 or 7. Check off the Override High DPI scaling behavior and make it performed by “Application”

After you close GP and re-open it you should have a much larger display to work with!

Hope this is helpful!
